We’re a family-owned real estate investment company located in Central Florida. We buy properties directly from owners and close quickly, typically in 4 weeks or less if there are no title issues. We can also help solve problems that may prevent the sale from closing because we work with experienced title professionals and attorneys.

If you have lost a loved one who owned property and you are an heir, we have attorneys that do probates for us at no out-of-pocket expense to you. A probate is the legal process of transferring a person’s property to their beneficiaries or heirs after death. If a probate has to be done, we can typically close in 3 to 4 months (or sometimes even faster) depending on the court system. We make the process easy for you. Our attorneys handle all of the complexities and all you do is to provide the documents needed and answer any questions that the attorney may have.

When you sell your property to us, there is no commission for you to pay. We are buying your property directly, not listing it, so the process is fast and easy. We use online services, electronic signatures, emails and text messaging to speed up document transfers and communications, all to make the process of selling your property to us quick and smooth. However, if you are not comfortable doing transactions online, that’s no problem. We will work with you via mail or phone.
